Pilates is a transformative practice aiming to improve your strength, stability and flexibility. Sessions focus on alignment, proper muscle engagement, and breath to build and sculpt strong and functional bodies. I look forward to teaching you to help you become the strongest healthiest version of yourself.
What can I gain from taking private sessions? A customized personal workout tailored to your specific needs and goals. Exercises are focused and sequenced together to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility while providing a deep challenge to the core, resulting in uniform strength and better posture. Private sessions are great for 1:1 instruction giving you the push and motivation you need. No matter your level of experience you will improve your physical fitness and overall wellbeing with private sessions.

Aryanna's Pilates class is the perfect mix of strength and stretching. I have been taking group classes with her for years and started 1:1 prenatal classes after I became pregnant.
