Postpartum Pilates

Reconnect, rebuild, and regain strength after pregnancy.

Postpartum sessions are designed to help you return to movement gradually and intentionally, with an emphasis on core connection, pelvic stability, posture, mobility, and rebuilding full-body strength after medical clearance.

Rebuild your foundation

Pregnancy and birth can change how your core, hips, back, and pelvic floor work together. Early postpartum training focuses on restoring coordination and strength before progressing into more demanding exercise.

The goal is to help you feel more supported in everyday movement first, then gradually build toward the activities you want to return to.

Designed for real postpartum life

Postpartum recovery looks different for everyone.

Your sessions are adapted to your birth experience, stage of recovery, current symptoms, energy level, and movement goals. We can also address the physical demands of caring for a baby, including feeding positions, carrying, lifting, and spending more time seated or on the floor.

From recovery back to strength

As your body is ready, sessions can progress from foundational postpartum work into more traditional Pilates and strength training.

Whether your goal is to feel stronger day to day, return to running or lifting, or simply feel more connected to your body again, your program will progress at a pace that makes sense for you.

Already worked together during pregnancy?

Postpartum sessions can build directly on the movement patterns, breathing, and strength work established during prenatal training, creating a smooth transition from pregnancy into recovery.
